Answer: Hello dear Back pain during pregnancy is a common complaint, and it's no wonder. You're gaining weight, your center of gravity changes, and your hormones are relaxing the ligaments in the joints of your pelvis. To get relief try these remedies: 1. Take rest as much as possible as strenuous physical activities will aggravate your pain. 2. Have warm water baths as they help in relaxing strained muscles and muscle pains. 3. Use a hot water bag or a cold pack to alleviate the pain. The main cause of hard belly during pregnancy is that the uterus starts to apply pressure on the abdomen and it tends to expand. when the baby grows during the second trimester, the water volume in the stomach will increase. It will eventually leads to a hard stomach.

Question: My due date is 3rd se ptember but my doctor is stricky saying that if baby doesn't pop out on 3rd..she will admit me on the same date and will start induction labor which I don't want..i want everything to be very natural whether it comes to pain.so my question is it necessary to go for induce labour when it is not coming on due date naturally ??
Answer: Hi, You still have 3 days to go. One can never say what next could happen in these 3 days. Chances are you might get the indications of labor and deliver. So don't stress about it. Since your doctor would not have gone wrong in calculating the due date, it's better to get admitted on the said date and follow the procedure. Be rest assured inducing pain through injections is quiet normal. It only initiates the procedure of labor pain. Later the pains come in naturally and based on that the doctor would definitely try to give you a normal delivery. She would decide otherwise only if need be. Now that the due date is near, try to relax, eat healthy, walk for 15 mins if possible and think positive. Keep the baby's bag ready with all the essentials. Smile and be ready!!
