Answer: Hello dear...nausea, vomiting , tiredness are common in pregnancy,it can be stopped by following these steps Have breakfast, within a hour of wake-up ,it will reduce morning sickness,and vomiting Always have fruits after meal,it will give you more strength and stamina Drink lemon juice,with salt,sugar it will reduce vomitting For vomiting,you can drink buttermilk,tender coconut,cumin water ,ajwan water it will helps a lot Avoid oily,spicy food,and packed items too,it will cause indigestion

Answer: hi this happens during the pregnancy but it is very important for you to eat therefore it is advisable that you eat something like every 2 hours try taking more of fluids it will help you should also take soups because it acts as an appetizer try this it works wonder take a lemon cut it into half roasted on tawa and dipped in black salt or rock salt and lick this will also help to create appetizer and help in creating taste buds .try to have milk as it is very imp during pregnancy .try and keep munching nuts or roasted makhana.try different receipes,as this will help too.

Answer: Hi! Since you have just completed the first trimester it is common. Welcome to the first phase.. Keep something to eat besides bed while sleeping at night. First thing in the morning instead of getting up(sitting) put something in mouth and chew properly for a minute or so (lying on bed itself) and then get up and sit ..it helps a lot in settling down acidity and gastritis. *Cold milk without sugar.. 2 3 sips after every hour, vanilla icecream. *I had major acidity during pregnancy. Dont have spicy food, have small frequent meals, and Chilled milk in small sips, eat saunf after meals help alot, avoid canned juices, have coconut water, chewing gum can give temporary relief, you should have dinner early at least 1.5-2 hours before sleep can drink a glass of cold milk before sleeping. Dont worry it will get better in 2nd trimester. Good luck!
