Answer: Hi dear, you can eat ginger to prevent vomiting. Drink one glass of water with 1 tbsp of ginger juice. Drink 4 ltrs of water a day in short gapping and eat small quantity of food frequently to avoid vomiting. Do not let your stomach empty in any time. You can drink 2 tablespoons amla juice and 1 tablespoon honey in one glass of water to prevent acidity as ot can cause more vomiting tendencies. And if your tendencies are severe then consult your doctor about it. Your doctor will give you medication along with your prenatal treatments.
