Answer: hi dear don't worry that pain is common during pregnancy this is because of low blood flow to the lower part of the body so don't need to worry dear do more walking do regular exercise which helps to have good blood flow and reduces the pain do more stretching exercises which is very helpful to reduce the pain you can also use warm water to wash your leg before bed we can even add some salt in the water which helps to relieve from the pain and also gives you good sleep which helps to strengthen the bones and the reduces the back pain joint pain
Answer: Hi dear to-be-mom, I too experienced pain on my left leg during pregnancy. Pain was there while sitting or standing. Doctor advised me to place a soft pillow under the left leg and not to stand for a long time. Pain vanished immediately after my delivery. Try relaxing your leg by stretching it. Stay hydrated. But you should feel at least mild movements of your baby. If this continuous for a day then immediately you should consult your doctor. Pain in leg and back is normal in pregnancy as you uterus is continuously growing creating pressure on ligaments and adjacent muscles and also causes shifting of organs to make space for enlarged uterus. This may create pressure on certain nerves which causes such pain in leg. Take rest to get relief.
