Question: if its safe eat fish and egg during pregnancy?

Answer: both are safe but only those fish which are not high in mercury and avoid half fry egg boil eggs are completely safe after 1st trimester.
Answer: yes both r safe but with some care.. egg should be cooked properly, no raw or half cooked. And only fresh water fish
