Question: Iam 6 week pregnant and i have little thyroid also.. what food should i take to cure thyroid?

Answer: hi dear unfortunately there is no food item which can cure thyroid if you have thyroid in 6 weeks of pregnancy you need to undergo medication and unfortunately thyroid medication is for lifetime to keep your thyroid level in check you need to have the medicine that your doctor will prescribe you and at the right dose so that it does not affect the baby in any way but avoiding few food during thyroid can help you to keep it in control and it won't aggravate the condition so avoiding cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, radishes, peanut, soyabean, kale, spinach can also help maintaining thyroid levels. Limit the sugar intake to balance the thyroid levels. Increase the intake of good fats like avocados, olive oil, salmon, ghee. Hope this helps!
