Question: Hi the last year iam preganant but foetus have no heartbeat ...tis yr iam trying to conceive but iam scared
Answer: Dear please do not be scared. No preganncy is same so it is not at all mandatory that it would happen again this time as well. Eat a healthy diet when planning a pregnancy 1.) You should eat a healthy diet with a wide variety of foods 2.) Reduce the amount of fat, salt and sugar in your foods (fewer take-aways, biscuits and fried foods). 3.) Eat more plant foods such as breads, cereals, fruit, vegetables, beans, rice and pasta. 4.) Fuel up on: leafy greens, whole grains, eggs, legumes, meat, fish (or fish oil supplements) and water—lots and lots of water. ... 5.) Steer clear of: Acidic foods like coffee, alcohol, meat and processed foods, which may make your cervical mucus hostile to sperm.  Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. Hope this helps.

Question: Hi I am 6week pregnant. I had miscarriage last year. I feel sharp pain in my lower abdomen
Answer: Congratulations for your pregnancy.  the stretching of ligaments are responsible for abdominal pain. As the baby grows and demands more space, the uterus stretches itself pushing the other organs. Because of this, the stomach pain occur.
