Answer: Hii dear.. be calm.. nothing will happen just follow strict diet for gestational diabetes . Meet proper dietician who can guide you. Avoid carbohydrates and increase your protein intake. Do exercise regularly, divide your meals in 3 main meals and 3 snacks , eat in every hours, dont starve for long time. Walk for 15-20 mins after every main meals. most imp do meditation and calm yourself co if you take tension your sugar level will raise. Go for regular checkups and scan,so that u can track your baby growth. Hope it helps. TC.

Answer: Hello dear, for normal growth, Avoid fast food, Avoid whole milk products. Choose low-fat or fat-free cheese or yogurt. Limit sweet or sugary drinks.  Choose water, club soda, or mineral water to skip extra calories. Limit sweets and high-calorie snacks. Cookies, candies, donuts, cakes, syrup, honey, and potato chips have a lot of calories and little nutrition.  try fresh fruit, low-fat yogurt, angel food cake with strawberries, or pretzels as lower-calorie snack and dessert choices....Use fats in moderation. Fats include cooking oils, margarine, butter, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, regular salad dressings, sauces, lard, sour cream, and cream cheese. Try lower-fat alternatives. Cook food the healthy way. Answer: Consult doctor, they will suggest the amount of medicine to be taken, tablet should be taken, simultaneously you have to get exposure to sun atleast half an hour a day. This problem is due to lack of exposure to sun, so daily take a walk in sun or stand simply in morning time between 9am to 11am
