Planning for pregnancy

Question: I was having PCOS . I took medicine for that for six months from January... From that time I am getting regular periods but my medicine will finish tomorrow.... So after my periods can I conceive????

Answer: Hi dear yes surely u can conceive.to get pregnant u need to know ur ovulation period. Once you know your time frame for ovulation, plan to have sex during your most fertile window, which is two to three days before ovulation through the day you ovulate. If you're not sure when your fertile period will be, aim to have sex every day or every other day during the second and third weeks of your cycle.eat healthy diet and consult doctor and get require check ups to make sure it body is ready to conceive healthy pregnancy. Take calcium and iron tablets one month before planning, avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods. Make sure to have a healthy life style for u as well ur partner. Avoid eating papaya pineapple and black grapes.

Many of my frens have pcos and easily they got preg and having 2 kids now...dont worry..juz go for walk half an hour daily..if ur obese reduce ur weight..
