Question: I wanted to ask when can I join gym.. I had delivered on 22 Nov 2018 and it was normal delivery..

Answer: After 6 weeks of your delivery you can start gyming yoga or exercise

Answer: Hello Am happy to help you It's a concern for all women to reduce the weight and get back to prepregnancy shape. It took all 9 month yo gain that weight. To reduce them it will take some time. Please do the following 1. Breast feed as much as possible by this you will shed lot of weight 2. Eat healthy and nutritious 3. Avoid junk food and fried food 4. Limit the ghee intake 5. Walk daily for 20 min You can start gym after 6 months only but now you can start walking and yoga. Answer: Hi! It is recommended to take it easy 40 days after delivery, by now it should be ok. However, if you are breastfeeding mother then stick to exercise and diet good enough to continue breastfeeding. Let your instructor know about your motherhood so they can suggest workout accordingly.
