Question: I want to plan pregnancy after 7 to 8 months .. what is the diet j need to follow and when should I take goluc acid supplements . And should I consult doc before taking supplements

Taking folic acid 0.5 mg for at least one month before conception reduces the risk of neural-tube defects,  it would be better to take after consulting a good gynoclosit. And High quality proteins in your diet are important for fertility.  "Whole eggs and egg whites are excellent sources, as are white meat poultry, and fish, especially those rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, wholegrains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day.

Try to have normal diet and keep it as simple as possible stop having restaurant food, junk and avoid alcohol (if u consume) little exercise or physical activity is good when you are trying to conceive, it gives your body energy, make you feel good, increase your stamina for a vaginal birth. However thr r few things which is better to be avoided when trying is; *Cut down on high mercury fish *Avoid Soda and store bought fruit juice *Try to shed extra kilos and start pregnancy with a healthy weight because in pregnancy the gain is more. *Get your Thyroid checked. *Be stress free. Answer: Obviously consult Dr. Before taking any supplements. Eat healthy food. Lots of fruits like apples, banana, pears, kiwi, soak almonds overnight and eat in the morning, soak 1 walnut( akhrot) overnight and eat in the morning and lots of veggies. Drink plenty of water.
