Question: I take 100mg of DHA daily. is it enough? how much quantity of DHA is needed daily in pregnancy?

Answer: generally doctor advises 100mg of DHA daily.. with that you need to have diet which are rich in DHA like fish, vegetable oils, flaxseed, walnuts, and dark leafy vegetables, like kale and spinach, which your body can change small amounts
