Answer: you can count as 10 movements in a day. Its not counted per hour. Once 10 movements r completed u need not to count further. Or u can count it by other method also- after breakfast, lunch n dinner lie down in left lateral position for 1 hr and count fetal movements, it should be 3 movements in an hour.3 movements after breakfast, 3 movements after lunch and 3 movements after dinner.
