Instead of having juice have the fruit ,this way you will get the fibre . Apart from having high fibre foods ,try these home remedies also for relief from constipation . 1. When you get up in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemon. 2. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil before each meal. The oil which help soften and lubricate the stool. 3. Question: Hi Dr I am suffering with chronic constipation inspite of taking high fiber diet....pls help
Answer: Hello dear. If you are already taking high fiber diet then I would suggets you to start taking veges soup daily. It really helped me in getting rid of severe constipation. I used to add tomatoes, carrots, spinach, beetroot, tulsi, amla into the soup and had it twice during the day. Never faced constipation after starting this. Hope it helps.

Answer: Dear I am sharing remedies to control high bp and treat loose motions. For High BP you need to start Walking if still not started that to atleast 30 minutes and exercise regularly. Exercise is one of the best things you can do to lower high blood pressure but they have to done under the supervision of a certified trainer and should be recommended by your doctor. Also reducing your sodium i. e salt intake. You should be eating more potassium-rich foods. caffeine should be avoided. Stress isn't good for you try doing meditation for that. Some of the common remedies practised are listed below- 1.Mustard Seeds Dissolve the ¼ teaspoon of mustard seeds in a tablespoon of water and leave it still for an hour. Then use this water like a regular oral tonic. Repeat this process two to three times a day to get rid of loose motion. Mustard seeds are said to have good antibacterial properties. 2.Lemonade Lemon juice has anti-inflammatory properties that will help in easily cleaning toxins from the stomach. First, extract the juice and add 1 tablespoon of salt along with a tablespoon of sugar to it. Mix it well and then consume this lemonade every hour till you feel that the toxins have been flushed out. 3.Pomegranate Pomegranate effectively helps in reducing the loose motion problem. The seeds from two pomegranate fruit a day are enough to stop continuous bowel motions. 4.Methi Or Fenugreek Seeds Fenugreek has excellent antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is also an excellent home remedy to fight continuous bouts of loose motion.
