Rice Water (Chawal ka pani)
Homemade single grain cereals like rice, barley, oats mixed with breastmilk or formula milk
Steamed and pureed fruits like pear, avocado, peach, chikoo.

Dinner- mashed potatoes, pumpkin puree, carrot soup, spinach puree, peas puree, soup, vegetable vermicelli, roasted paneer, tofu

Breastmillk or formula plus
Pureed fruits like banana, pears, peaches, apples.
Pureed vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes.
Small amounts of curds.
You can include soft noodles, rice and soft bread.
To serve extra protein you can give nuts and dried fruits. Make sure your baby is not allergic to nuts.

4 to 4:30pm
