9 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I m 8 weeks pregnant still i m feeling sleepy...so i m sleeping in day time also, for 1.5 hrs . is it harmful?

Answer: Hello dear this is normal don't worry.. Generally In first trimester pregnant ladies get tired and feel sleepy... But try to be active and healthy.. Keep yourself busy whenever you get more sleep.. Go for walking in the fresh air morning and evening for 30-45 minutes and proper rest is important.. 30 min sleep will be better in early pregnancy
