Question: I'm 36 weeks pregnant found out in my last scan that fetus one side kidney is 1cm dilated... What is the meaning of it? Is there any problem.
Answer: HI, at 36 weeks, upto 1 cm dilation is normal for fetal kidney dilation. it should self resolve on its own by birth or after birth. a post natal scan to check its status will be done. as long as there is no other problem detected in the scan, your baby should not have any problem.

Question: Hello All, I am 8 weeks pregnant. My doctor suggested transvaginal ultrasound for the heartbeat of the fetus. It came 96-98 in a minute. After seeing my doctor said that this is not good heartbeat should be around 110 per minute. Is there something to worry about.
Answer: Hello dear, By the time you are eight to ten weeks pregnant, your baby's heart will be beating about 170 to 200 beatsper minute (bpm). This will gradually slow down to the normal fetal heart rate range of 120 to 160 bpm during the middle part of pregnancy until the end. Ask your doctor about it, what can do to increase heart beat. Good luck and Take care urself...
