Answer: Sometimes the simplest remedies can prove quite useful to help with excessive vomiting. You may like to try some of these ideas:  Take your breakfast in bed before you actually get up and start your day.Eat several small meals a day if you can and avoid an empty stomach. Include some protein in your diet, such as well cooked eggs, dairy products, lean meats, beans, whole grains, pulses and seeds.Stay away from heavy and greasy foods. Have a teaspoon of ground cumin (jeera) seeds when you feel nauseous, it might help. It might help to take small sips regularly rather than large gulps in one go.Homeopathic medicine may work for some, speak to your doctor for more advice.Try having a spoon of ginger (adrak) juice mixed with honey (shahad) every morning. You could also try some ginger or lemon (nimbu) tea. Slices of lemon added to sparkling water or iced tea can also help provide some relief.

Question: I am 11 weeks pregnant and today I bleed a little. Is there something wrong with it? No pain.
Answer: Hello dear. It's probably implantation bleeding. The bleeding should only last for one or two days, but every woman is different. Occasionally some women can continue to have a light period for the first month or two after they get pregnant. If the bleeding is heavy and you are pregnant, you'll have to contact your gynecologist immediately. Take care.

Question: When should I go for my scanning. I think there is something wrong with my pregnancy I m 5 weeks pregnant now
Answer: Your baby's growth will be checked during the following scans in your pregnancy: Dating and viability scan. This usually happens between six and nine weeks of pregnancy, and the ultrasound doctor will measure your baby from her head to her bum. This is called the crown-rump length (CRL), and it will be used to work out your due date. Anomaly scan (ultrasound level II). You'll have this scan between 18 and 20 weeks. By then, your baby will be more active, which means that the CRL will not be as accurate. So instead, the ultrasound doctor will check your baby's head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC) and thigh bone (femur) length (FL). In the third trimester your will be offered a growth scan or fetal wellbeing scan between 28 and 32 weeks. You may also be offered colour doppler studies between 36 and 40 weeks. These scans will show your doctor how your baby is growing.
