Question: I m 36 weeks pregnant. Dr said my bp is high. what diet should I follow to lower the bp.

Answer: low salt.. and don't eat oily and spicy food... I am facing same problem... now I'm taking care of my diet.. and its getting normal... and doctor gave me medicine too bcz my BP was too high
