Question: I'm 26 week pregnant. I have gained 10kg. Is there some risk of c-section or any other problem?

Pregnancy is a wonderful phase ,in which each mom have amazing experience, due to harmonal changes,weight gain is normal,can gain around 15-25 kg,you can't able to diet at this stage,but healthy eating and mild exercise will give you healthy baby, and it control your weight gain too,you can shed all your extra calorie during postnatal care,if your physical active,vaginal delivery is possibledon't get worried..
Your food should contain all nutrients that needed for you and your baby, wat you eat will be more noted during delivery, you should have that much strength and stamina to entering into a new phase
Include more fruits , vegetables, whole grains,oats,egg..
Include more dry fruits,fish
Avoid oily,fried ,packed stuff
Avoid refined sugar,pastries too
Drink plenty of water,include more water rich veggies and fruits
During pregnancy, A good diet with mild exercise will give you a healthy baby, you can start with walking, can do for half to one hour is essential,walking is the best exercise to do in pregnancy, do it regularly for better results,can also do pelvic exercises,kegal, squats but after consulting doctor,they will give you stamina and also leads to vaginal birth,you can try maternity yoga too,they are very powerful in reducing pregnancy related issues and they too helps in vaginal birth

Answer: Hello dear... Usually fetal movements start from 15-25weeks,but in case of first pregnancy,you will start noticing close to 26 week only,so it is perfectly normal, don't get worried, fetal movement may be like butterfly click, twittering,swigg or roll
