Question: I m 16 week pregnant n i m eating food very well but i have so much weakness i have suffering body pain n so much tired

Answer: dear hydrate properly, have coconut water & lemon juice whenever feel weak. have bananas & small frequent meals to maintain energy &ease constipation. have protein rich diets or protein powder with milk at night daily.
Answer: make sure u sit and sleep in the right posture. Try to go for half hour walk daily it will help u. And ya keep urself hydrated.
Answer: ohhh take ur supplements medicines regularly... also u can have lemon water it helps alot
