Question: Hi I'm 17 week pregnant can i sleep easily straight position but sometime in my left lower abdomen pain, so what can I do pls help?
Answer: Sleeping on your back during pregnancy should b avoided as it causes low blood flow to your legs and also cause low blood supply to your baby. Ideally sleep on your left side as it increase the blood flow to your baby. Sleeping on either sides is considered good. Try maternity pillow to help you sleep.
