Answer: I too have that same problem 3 weeks before..doctor told it happens due to lack of blood and food supply through placenta...I overcome this problem with taking protein rich food like egg white sprouts fish protein milk...Now my baby growth is normal so eat healthfully. Healthy foods and ample calories help keep your baby well nourished and also Get plenty of rest. Rest will help you feel better and it may even help your baby grow. And also try to get eight hours sleep..
