Ask your gynae to prescribe you a multivitamin tablet contains zinc and selenium primarily. In some patients, zinc and selenium are not required so ask your gynae what type of hypothyroid you have is it secondary or primary.
Maintain your wright do not eat highly starchy foods such as rice, potatoes etc.
Do yoga and meditation frequently.
Rest for 7-8 hrs at night.
Try to balance your diet.
