Question: I m three months pregnant. I have headache and pain in legs. Is there any problem?

Answer: Hi dear, Your body experiences a surge of hormones and an increase in blood volume. These two changes can cause more frequent headaches. Some tips to ease: 1 keep yourself hydrated , drinking water can ease . 2 try eating smaller meals more frequently (to prevent low blood sugar) 3 squeezing in a daily nap or practicing good posture . 4 If you're feeling the headachy effects of cut back on caffeine 5 hold a cold compress or ice pack at the base of your neck. For leg pain: 1 Elevate your feet when resting, if possible. 2 Use a heating pad or gentle massage on the back of your thigh . 3 soak your legs in hot water. 4 Avoid standing for long hours . 5 Try taking a hot shower or bath 6 start low impact exercises like walk. 7 if these remedies do not work ask your doctor too add  calcium or magnesium supplements to you diet.
Answer: Hi you can apply coconut oil in your head and balm on forehead. It will give you relief. For legal pain apply oil and massage. Do hit water bag fermentation . Keep your legs elevated. You should also drink lots of water.. It will help.. Take care.

Question: I m 32 weeks pregnant and I have pain in my stomach specially in belly. Is there any problem???

Since the baby growth pushes most of your internal organs along with pelvic bones,various kinds of pain ranging from throbbing pain to pinching pain, streching pain. They are mostly normal. Increasing body weight stresses your back and also puts pressure on legs.you would experience back pain and leg cramps too.try to be active as much as possible.daily walks for atleast 20 min would be helpful.
