Question: I m suffering from heavy disentry . How could I overcome from this

Answer: Hi dear, I have also had the same issue throughout the pregnancy.  Instead of constipation I have loose motions which can be cause of a hormonal imbalance in your body. The body would surely take some time to adjust.  For loose motions, you can try some remedies which helped me during my pregnancy.  Mustard Seeds: Dissolve the ¼ teaspoon of mustard seeds in a tablespoon of water and leave it still for an hour. Then use this water like a regular oral tonic.  Repeat this process two to three times a day to get rid of loose motion. Lemonade: First, extract the juice and add 1 tablespoon of salt along with a tablespoon of sugar to it. Mix it well and then consume this lemonade every hour till you feel that the toxins have been flushed out. Methi Or Fenugreek Seeds:Take 1-2 teaspoons of dried fenugreek seeds in powdered form along with a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach. This can give complete relief from loose motion.
Answer: hi dear! so firstly you will have to visit your doctor for the medicine that can be given to you . also if you are having food from out then you should stop eating outside food. also never to eat uncooked vegetables like the once that come in salad from outside. so dear also make sure you have home cooked food and you have rice and bananas , toasts , potato , chicken soup , vegetables soup it should help . but also do visit your doctor dear. take care dear.

Weight gain .  Posture changes.  Hormone changes.  Muscle separation.  Stress .  Treatments for Back Pain in Pregnancy...... Exercise . Regular exercise strengthens muscles and boosts flexibility. That can ease the stress on your spine. Safe exercises for most pregnant women include walking,swimming , and stationary cycling. Heat and Cold . Applying heat and cold to your back may help. If your health careprovider agrees, start by putting cold compresses (such as a bag of ice or frozen vegetables wrapped in a towel) on the painful area for up to 20 minutes several times a day. After two or three days, switch to heat -- put a heating pad or hot water bottle on the painful area. Be careful not to apply heat to your abdomen during pregnancy. Improve your posture. Slouching strains your spine. So using proper posture when working, sitting, or sleeping is a good move. For example, sleeping on your side with a pillow between. Answer: Hi! Acidity and gastritis is common in pregnancy, your exapnding uterus pushes the intestine and it works slow to digest food which causes acidity. Keep something to eat besides bed while sleeping at night. First thing in the morning instead of getting up(sitting) put something in mouth and chew properly for a minute or so (lying on bed itself) and then get up and sit ..it helps a lot in settling down acidity and gastritis. *Cold milk without sugar.. 2 3 sips after every hour, vanilla icecream. *I had major acidity during pregnancy. Dont have spicy food, have small frequent meals, and Chilled milk in small sips, eat saunf after meals help alot, avoid canned juices, have coconut water, chewing gum can give temporary relief, you should have dinner early at least 1.5-2 hours before sleep can drink a glass of cold milk before sleeping..
