Question: I'm 6months pregnant.today i feel very sad& i cried a lot. Is it harmful to my baby.. im very tensed..

Answer: Nothing to worry. It's all because of mood swings. It's normal too. Just make sure you eat healthy food, listen veena music, and walk. Ask any one whom you would feel happy to be with you. Do your hobbies or do what makes you happy. Visit temple go out get fresh air and smile at strangers who pamper you for being a mom... Happy pregnancy
