18 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I'm 4months pregnant.. I can't eat nothing at night.. All time feeling like vomiting.. Also recently (2,3days) I have vaginal infection.. Like itching all time.. Does it affect the baby? And what should I eat at night and evening?

Answer: hello.. dear vaginal infection is not a good sign dear dont worry just talk to your doctor once about this.. itching though common and normal in pregnancy... but all the time might be an infection... for nause and vomiting.. Nausea is the most characteristic sign of early pregnancy, which is also referred to as morning sickness. Women feel nausea and vomiting which starts from the 8th week of pregnancy and continues up to 12 to 14 weeks of pregnancy. In some rare cases, feeling like throwing up continues throughout the pregnancy. The cause could be the estrogen levels or sudden biochemical changes during pregnancy. It can also be due to deficiency of vitamin B6. Increase your intake of fluids to curb the feeling of nausea. Recommended liquids include juices, sport drinks and liquids having ginger as ginger provides relief to nausea. Liquid tonics should be taken for upset stomach. Water might be your last choice as it seems not work well for nausea. Drinks with caffeine and acids must be avoided. 1. Green leafy vegetables. 2. Vegetables soup 3. All varieties of pulses. 4. Curd, paneer, tofu, buttermilk. 5. All seasonal fruits except pineapple and papaya. 6. Lots of water. 7. Fruit juices and shakes 8. Bowl of salads. 9. No aerated and caffeinated drinks. 10. No ajinomoto. 11. No gassy foods 12. Protein rich diet. 13. Omega 3 rich foods like walnuts and flax seeds.

My sister in law advised me to take peppermint tea, Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, water, or ice chips, throughout day.
