Question: i m not getting sleep from the last 4 nights. also not havingany cravings for sleeping. is it normal?

Answer: insomnia is very common problem but sleep is also necessary 8 to 9 hours. try these tips-- first keep yourself stress free. take light food. before going to bed take 1 glass lukewarm milk. read good book before sleep. do exercise during day time but ask your doctor before doing it.
