Question: I m 5 week pregnant. M facing lot of acidity problem. I can digest food properly. Can I drink eno during dis period
Answer: Hi dear, u can take enough once a while some more remedies: As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. Remedies: 1 have smaller meals more frequently rather than three big meals in a day. 2 Waiting three hours after a meal before lying down.  3 Avoiding fatty and spicy foods, tea, coffee, chocolate and citrus juices. 4 Raising the head of the bed so that your shoulders are higher than your tummy. You can roll a towel and place it under your mattress or simply use several pillows to prop yourself up when you lie down.  5 You can also try the following foods or drinks to see if they help although there is not much scientific evidence of their effectiveness: Milk or curd (dahi). Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk is thought to work better than full-fat milk.  Bananas (kela).  Peppermint tea. One study showed that it helped pregnant women. However, peppermint tea, like other herbal teas, should be drunk in moderation during pregnancy.

Question: M facing a lot of acidity m in my 7th month of pregnancy wat shall i do?
Answer: Hi dear, Heartburn in pregnancy may occur because of changing hormone levels, which can affect the muscles of the digestive tract and how different foods are tolerated. To reduce heartburn during pregnancy without hurting your baby, you should try the following: Eat several small meals each day instead of three large ones.Avoid fried, spicy, or rich (fatty) foods or any foods that seem to cause relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter and increase the risk of heartburn.Drinking large amounts while eating may increase the risk of acid reflux and heartburn.Keep the head of your bed higher than the foot of your bed. Or place pillows under your shoulders to help prevent stomach acids from rising into your chest.
