Answer: Hi dear, I have also had the same issue throughout the pregnancy. Instead of constipation I have loose motions which can be cause of a hormonal imbalance in your body. The body would surely take some time to adjust.
For loose motions, you can try some remedies which helped me during my pregnancy.
Mustard Seeds: Dissolve the ¼ teaspoon of mustard seeds in a tablespoon of water and leave it still for an hour. Then use this water like a regular oral tonic.
Repeat this process two to three times a day to get rid of loose motion.
Lemonade: First, extract the juice and add 1 tablespoon of salt along with a tablespoon of sugar to it.
Mix it well and then consume this lemonade every hour till you feel that the toxins have been flushed out.
Methi Or Fenugreek Seeds:Take 1-2 teaspoons of dried fenugreek seeds in powdered form along with a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach. This can give complete relief from loose motion.

Loose motion or diarrohea happens due to dehydration,food allergy, indigestion,home remedies for diarrhoea are as follows...
Have buttermilk with little ginger and cumin seeds ,it will stop diarrhoea,can also have muskmelon juice for couple of days it will cure loose stools
Avoid oily,fried item ,spicy items too
Drink lot of water , include fresh juice too
Apply castor oil on your tummy,it will reduce the heat
Have bland food items like rice porr idge,curd rice,bread..
Make a habit of drinking cumin water after every meal will help you in digestion..
