Question: I m suffering from loose motions. What should i do?
Answer: Hi dear, I have also had the same issue throughout the pregnancy.  Instead of constipation I have loose motions which can be cause of a hormonal imbalance in your body. The body would surely take some time to adjust.  For loose motions, you can try some remedies which helped me during my pregnancy.  Mustard Seeds: Dissolve the ¼ teaspoon of mustard seeds in a tablespoon of water and leave it still for an hour. Then use this water like a regular oral tonic.  Repeat this process two to three times a day to get rid of loose motion. Lemonade: First, extract the juice and add 1 tablespoon of salt along with a tablespoon of sugar to it. Mix it well and then consume this lemonade every hour till you feel that the toxins have been flushed out. Methi Or Fenugreek Seeds:Take 1-2 teaspoons of dried fenugreek seeds in powdered form along with a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach. This can give complete relief from loose motion.

Question: Pls suggest some remedy.. I m suffering from cold...in 14 week of pregnancy
Answer: Congratulations on your pregnancy and all the best for your motherhood. When you become pregnant, your immune system is likely to change. As a result of these changes, you may contract a cold or a cough at some point during your pregnancy. In addition, your illness may last longer. Place a humidifier in your room, keep your head elevated on your pillow while resting, or use nasal strips. You can take steam or even inhale eucalyptus which gives some relief. Take care.
