Answer: Hello Dear Nausea or morning sickness is one of the most dreaded pregnancy symptoms, and it is something that almost every pregnant woman has to go through, at least for the first three months. If you are finding it difficult to keep any food down, your doctor should offer anti-sickness drugs or antihistamines, which are safe for your baby. simplest remedies can be quite useful to help with excessive vomiting like. *Take your breakfast in bed before you actually get up and start your day. *Eat several small meals a day if you can and avoid an empty stomach. *Include some protein in your diet, such as well cooked eggs, dairy products, lean meats, beans, whole grains, pulses and seeds. *Stay away from heavy and greasy foods. *Have a teaspoon of ground cumin (jeera) seeds when you feel nauseous, it might help. *Avoidthe smells and sights that aggravate this state and avoid them. "Drink lots of water and other fluids between meals instead of during meals. It might help to take small sips regularly rather than large gulps in one go. *Homeopathic medicine may work for some, speak to your doctor for more advice. *Try having a spoon of ginger (adrak) juice mixed with honey (shahad) every morning. *You could also try some ginger or lemon (nimbu) tea. Slices of lemon added to sparkling water or iced tea can also help provide some relief.

Question: M in 2nd month of pragnancy and I feel too much back pain with inflammation and nausea
Answer: Hello dear, Pregnancy back pain typically happens where the pelvis meets your spine, at the sacroiliac joint..... There are many possible reasons why it happens. Weight gain .  Posture changes.  Hormone changes.  Muscle separation.  Stress .  Treatments for Back Pain in Pregnancy...... Exercise . Regular exercise strengthens muscles and boosts flexibility. That can ease the stress on your spine. Safe exercises for most pregnant women include walking, swimming , and stationary cycling. Heat and Cold . Applying heat and cold to your back may help. If your health careprovider agrees, start by putting cold compresses (such as a bag of ice or frozen vegetables wrapped in a towel) on the painful area for up to 20 minutes several times a day. After two or three days, switch to heat -- put a heating pad or hot water bottle on the painful area. Be careful not to apply heat to your abdomen during pregnancy. Improve your posture. Slouching strains your spine. So using proper posture when working, sitting, or sleeping is a good move. For example, sleeping on your side with a pillow between. If your back pain persists, you may want to consult your doctor to see what else you might try. Be sure to consult your doctor before taking pain medications.  Hope it helped.... Take care urself....
