Question: I m having 155 sugar level. Which fruit should I take so that my sugar level will not increse

Answer: Guava,apple,orange which are low GI and take half of 2 fruits, so it won't increase blood sugar

Answer: Hi dear, sugar & thyroid both are very risky in pregnancy . You can eat fruits that are less sugary like any citrus fruits, guava, berries, apple, pmogranate, etc & in dryfruits avoid raisins & dates.
