Question: I am 23 week pregnant and I have uterine fibroids which measures 5cm right lateral fundal subserous and 4cm left lateral subserous I have done with os tightening any other precautions to sustain my pregnancy fullterm
Answer: Hi Dear! Incase of fibroids size is important, fibroids usually don't pose a problem in conceiving but the only thing they can grow in size and sometimes block the vaginal delivery path, and the only option is surgery to remove fibroid if its within the uterine cavity which could block the path, otherwise there is no issue in conceiving so a test is important to know the size and location. Hope this helps!

Question: My early obsttetric scan done impression:single live intra uterine gestation bof 6 weeks and 3 days maturity.but anterior uterine subserous fibroif of 14*7mm is any problem
Answer: If you don’t have any symptoms like pain and infection then please don't worry your Any fibroid greater than 5 centimeters can be problematic, large fibroid blocks the blood flow to the uterus and ultimately affect the growth of foetus. In your case size of fibroid is small and your doctor will monitor you closely throughout your pregnancy to see the changes in the size of the fibroid
