Question: I feel pelvic pain when raising frm sitting or sleeping position. Is there any prblm?
The baby is starting to drop and your pelvis is steching and getting ready to deliver. Also your baby is gaining most of its weight now and as you know your stomach is getting tighter. Try not to sit with your legs closed all the way( sit like the guys) that will take some pressure off and at night sleep with a few pillows between your legs. Keep walking just try not to put alot of added pressure on them.
Question: Hi m 32 week pragnant.. straight position sleeping is any prblm for baby...?
Answer: Hi dear,
Sleeping on back side has its risks like increased weight would press the large spinal nerve, there by giving you breathlessness ,dizzyness and also increased water retention,as circulation of fluids gets interrupted.moreover, sleeping on left side is preferred,as it is beneficial to baby.circulation of blood and nutrition to baby is better and also it aids in water retention.although I understand, pregnancy is a difficult time to move around and sleeping due to increased weight and size,so sleeping on back accidentally for some time is fine.but make sure you are sleeping on sides mostly.use a pillow in between the legs, for comfort and support.
Question: Can i sleep straight possision bcz i have too much back pain so that is comfort. Am 22 week pregnant
Answer: Hii dear. Sleeping on back can affect some of ur blood vessel which can disrupt the flow of blood to ur baby and also give u. Short breathlessness , nausea and dizziness. U should sleep on sides. Specially from ur second trimester. It's ok as while sleeping u comes to starting position but as soon as u feel so do change the position to sides. First trimester u can consider is as ur practice period for ur sleeping position.u should sleep on left side preferably as it will provide a proper neutrients to ur baby and u will have a proper blood flow. U can breath well also . If u get sleeping in one side then u can sleep on right side but avoid sleeping straight. All the best.
Question: I am 16 week pregnant .straight position to sleep during ni8 time. Any problem ?
Answer: Hello dear. You can sleep in which ever position you are comfortable with. However the best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs.
