Question: I m going to end my 1st trimester and didn't have any morning sickness from starting sometime I used to feel heavy stomach and sometimes feels nothing feeling normal m working women don't know whether my baby is safe n my doctor visit is next week. Hw will I come to know whether everything is going well? With my baby

Answer: Only some people have this things as am in my second trimester the same thing is going on ur baby is safe don't wprry
