13 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I m getting much breathing problem....and whn i eat i get little pain in the throat ....??? Does it happen ??? Or shud i talk to doctor???

Towards the end of your pregnancy, aim to spend 10 minutes every day taking deep breaths and exhaling, to help your lungs to inflate as fully as possible.
