Question: m hving lot of breathing prblm wt to do
Answer:  Usually it's nothing to be concerned about, but it's best to check with your doctor, since lots of things can cause shortness of breath. As a normal part of pregnancy, your breathing may be affected by the increase in the hormone progesterone, which causes you to breathe in more deeply. Try this breathing style: Sit in a chair with bent knees and relaxed shoulders, head, and neck. Place your hand on your belly. Breathe in slowly through your nose. ... As you exhale, tighten your muscles. ... Put more emphasis on the exhale than the inhale. ... Repeat for about five minutes.
