Question: Please provide a diet chart for my baby..she goes to school...she leaves home at 7:00 am and come home at 12:30 pm
Answer: Dear I have a 4 year old going to school so I will be sharing what I give her during the day to help you. Before my daughter leaves for school I give her a glass of milk with junior proteinex. As she will have the lunch in school their school have a preset menu and each day a mother sent the lunch for 22 kids in their class. The menu has daal chawal, puri sabzi, aloo paratha, pao bhaji, idli sambar combined with a fruit each day and something to eat in a desert. So this gives her a complete diet in school. Once she is back by 12:30 she have lunch whatever we have made like roti sabzi or daal roti with salad as an important part. In the evening by 4:30 she takes another glass of milk with junior proteinex. By 6:30 I gave her 1 fruit of her choice. And then finally by 8 or 8:30 she takes the dinner whatever we are having. Also to add in morning I give her 3 almonds soaked and in evening with milk she has 2 walnuts and 5 kishmish. Hope it helps.
