Answer: Taking more medicine during this time is not good better u gargle with salt water daily 4 times.

Answer: Hello dear. For sore throat you can give ginger juice with honey to ur baby and also give tulsi boiled water after every 2 hours. For cough...put some garlic cloves in a thread and make the child wear it like a neckpiece the garlic cloves should touch the chest it will help control the running nose,chest cogestion. Also u can make an oil to massage at night. Take mustard oil and put methi dana,ajvain,garlic and neem leaves. Heat the oil till all dese ingredients are golden brown. Let it cool and strain the oil. Heat the oil when u use it. U can massage the chest ,back and feet with this oil before the child sleeps. Make sure to make the child wear socks after u massage with this oil it will double the effect. Hope this all helps 😊

Answer: Hi.. Dear apply little vicks vapour rub on your back, chest and feet, wear a comfortable pair of socks after applying vicks vapour rub. Do this twice or thrice in a day, it will give you some comfort. Also, take steam, do warm water gargle and have nice ginger tea. If you don't get relief in 48 hours, call your gynaecologist, she will prescribe any mild medicine for cold and cough.
