Question
Answer: Hi. You are having low lying placenta. Dont worry position might change just have a walk for 15 to 20 minutes and increase slowly. Walking is best excecise. .Plz have good amount of bed rest and avoid bending, walking more, climbing stairs, and sitting with your legs down for long.. Normally the low placenta situation gets rectified by itself as and when the pregnancy progresses and the uterus increases in size.. Take care of yourself.. Remain positive.. And everything will be fine!!
