Answer: hi dear! In this condition the inner lining of your uterus grows in places other than the uterus like the ovaries, tubes, peritoneum etc. This tissue also behaves like the endometrium. It grows and sheds when you have menses. Chocolate cysts can increase or decrease in size. Typical options for chocolate cyst treatment include medication with drugs and surgery. Drugs may be helpful in relieving symptoms temporarily but do not treat or actually remove the cyst. Surgery is often recommended but has its own problems as well. Often during surgery healthy ovarian tissue is removed with the cyst resulting in lowered fertility for the woman. The best chances of pregnancy are within 6 months of surgery.Chocolate cysts can form again. Pregnancy will halt it's progress for some time. so dont worry dear one thing at a time try to conceive within 6 months of the surgery dear.but if pregnancy does not take place then do not waste your time in trying naturally go for iui dear. take care.
