Answer: Hello Dear Pains, aches and cramps in your belly legs n back while you're pregnant are normal. If your pregnancy is generally healthy, they're nothing to worry about. Carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on your muscles, stomach area stretch to support your growing uterus So when you move around, you may feel mild pain on one or both sides of your body. *Resting when the pain happens usually eases cramping. *Sit down for a while. *Lie down on the side opposite to where the pain is, and put your feet up. *Have a warm bath. *Use a hot water bottle or heated wheat bag on the painful areas. If you're planning to use a hot-water bottle, fill it with hot (but not boiling) water, and carefully wrap it in a towel or soft cover before using it. *Avood sex as it can give you cramps and a slight backache. *gentle back massage afterwards may help
