Answer: Hi Dear! during pregnancy your body goes to a lot of change and the change is continuous and constant, a lot of muscle stretches , your skin stretches your hands there is a muscle pain your organs also take shifts so these things contribute in the pain of joint and pelvic region pain at 34 weeks could be due to the baby Positioning all the uterus is expanding and it is round ligament pain because uterus keeps expanding throughout the pregnancy to keep space for your baby and to help the baby grow..
