Answer: Hello dear. You can try maternity belt instead of cloth as that really is helpful in tying the tummy and getting it back in shape. For me it really worked. You can get it easily on any medical shop. Hope it helps.

Question: Hi do i need to tie a belt or cloth on stomach to reduce pls suggest me what to do even my stomach is still visible
Answer: Hello! If you tie a cloth or belt around your belly, you might see some results. But the early you tie the better. Also keep breastfeeding. Breastfeeding helps to reduce weight. You can also start with walking now. Don't stress yourself ,walk only as much as your health permits. Also don't forget to have a balanced diet, plenty of water and definitely rest. Take care

Question: My baby is 3 months old, still I have belly can I tie my stomach with cloth. Will that reduce my belly?
Answer: Hi dear, Follow these tips to lose weight 1)Start your day with any fruit. 2)Never skip breakfast or any other meal. Reducing your diet will effect your milk production. 3)Eat something in every 2hours. 4)Increase your protein intake(daal, milk, non veg etc) for muscle gain as it is indirectly proportional to fat...more muscle mass lesser fat. 5) Dont sit for long hours. 6)Keep yourself physically active. You can climb stairs while playing with your baby, run if possible, do cardio and stretching exercises..squats lunges, planks 7)Exercise for minimum 40mins a day. It can be in breaks. With a baby setting time for exercises will be difficult, whichever time is feasible you can exercise then keeping in mind that there should be minimum 2hours gaps between meal and exercise. It won't effect your milk but skipping meals will reduce. 8)Eat dinner by 8pm and have very light dinner. 9)Avoid oily food. 10) Drink water at every hour
