Question: I have 4mg of iron do i need to take tablet or can increase the iron level by fruits andvegetables

Answer: Hi Dear! Please continue to take wht your Dr. has prescribed and if you hv iron deficiency pls have Iron rich food like dates, fig etc Jaggery is an excellent source of iron. Liver , in case you have non- veg Eat curry of 250 grams of leaves of drumstick tree.My friend was 9 during 2nd week of 9th month. she only added this in her diet. Doctor was astonished to see the result in two weeks gap. It went to 11. Include ragi, dates n pomegranates. also eat vitamin c rich foods. Vitamin C food like tomatoes, oranges which helps in better absorption of iron. Good luck!

Answer: Hi,no ,both tablets should not be taken together because it will not absorb in the body.also it is better not to take on empty stomach
