Question:Hello,my baby is 18 months old...still he wake 8-10 times in the night for breast feed.. I feed him dinner properly..he doesn't drink milk with bottle..I feel very tired due to sleepless
Answer: there could be two reasons first year babies just waking out of habit because an 18 month baby don't need 10 times feed during night so you will have to change your baby's habit by making him sleep with some other member of family your baby will cry for 1st 2-3 days but eventually your baby will adapt and start sleeping without feed. second maybe your milk supply slow that's why your baby is not feeling satisfied and demanding milk again and again if you are thinking about keeping on breastfeeding then you can try drinking human seed water but if you are trying to wean off your baby then don't do anything for increasing milk supply and just let your baby sleep with another member of family.

Answer: Hello dear. First of all do not worry. If you baby doesn't drink milk at all there are other things which can fulfill this requirement. You can try to add flavours of dry fruits or make fruits shakes with milk and if still he doesn't like switch to other sources of calcium. Given below is the list of foods which are some of the richest sources of calcium.
1.) Dark Leafy Greens
2.) Low Fat Cheese (Mozzarella Non-fat):
3.) Low Fat Milk & Yogurt (Non-fat Milk)
4.) Chinese Cabbage (Pak Choi, Bok Choy)
5.) Fortified Soy Products (Tofu)
6.) Okra (Cooked)
8.) Green Snap Beans
10.) Dried Figs
12.) Sesame Seeds
Add these things to ur baby's diet and he will be a healthy kid. Hope I helped.
