Question: I have little swelling on hands n feet...what to do?? Is to worry ?

Answer: Hi dear, During pregnancy, the extra fluid in the body and the pressure from the growing uterus can cause swelling in the ankles and feet. It is seen in later pregnancy. Avoid standing for long periods, walk few steps, reduce salt intake keep your legs elevated, sleep on your side and restrict salt. Consult your doctor once and check for blood pressure and HB levels too. Low blood level can cause swelling too.
