Answer: Hi! Constipation or gas & indigestion is pretty common in the first trimester of pregnancy. You can eat high fibre foods like pulses like rajma, chole, ragi and fruits like guava or vegatbles like cauliflower,carrot. Reduce intake of maida refined foods. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water everyday. Indulge in some light form of exercising, like a 30 mins walk
