Answer: Try to find the reason of headache. Is it stress or is it because of wrong body posture or is it because you are not taking supplements properly. if it is associated with cramping and a headache in morning or you are having headaches in evening . also tell if it is the first time you are getting headache in your pregnancy or u have history of migraine . because all these factors matter.
